You just have to let it sit there with the app open and run. However, if you are really serious about this, maybe look into getting a second device, like another iPad or iPhone for cheap and then download the Captivate app and then you can just leave that.
Just for this tutorial purposes, I just stopped this and stop night mode as shown below. However, you want to let it run until it finishes. After doing that, your queue will be completely cleared. Like I said I was going to show you two different ways that you can go about finding people to follow.
