Great location for trips to Polonnaruwa and Minneriya, lovely big pool and gardens with some wildlife squirrels, and a few monkeys and lizards , large room with very high ceilings, comfortable big bed, movie nights for the children, had effective mosquito repellent plug in the room.
The safari guide organised through the hotel was very knowledgeable and friendly, and made sure our daughter saw as many animals as possible. This pace was absolutely wonderful, such an idyllic little space with a wonderful outdoor area! The rooms are one of the most stylish we have seen on our travels in Sri Lanka and the owner as well as the staff were so so friendly and helped us with organising the safari and the transfer to our further destination.
They went the extra mile and everything was perfect, we definitely would come back! The owner was kind and helpful. She gave us a nice welcoming tea. The next day we had an very early start and she made us a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast of roti and sweet coconut filling, accompanied by bananas. Our family room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also very clean and the hot shower was relaxing after the trip to Sigiriya and Pidurangala.
We slept very well in this hotel. Amazingly friendly and welcoming family. The food, service and care that they extend to their guests was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend a few nights based here to see nearby sights. The family running the place is super nice, kind and helpful. Nice pool area and garden, the property is surrounded by nature. There is beer available to buy. Would highly recommend for those seeking a quiet place outside of the touristy area.
The best stay we had in Sri Lanka. Nice, clean, and calm, The hotel was perfectly placed 2 mins walk from the main habarana road. The staff helped us getting a tuk tuk driver to go to sigiriya and dambulla, as well as getting a great safari jeep driver and guide, and many advices that made our stay wonderful. Definitely an excellent choice for the low price we paid.
Exceptional its was nice stay, i was in one night the owner and his Wife very kind peoples as well as he arranged everything e. Mutu Village is a lovely family run place, in the village of Habarana, off the main road. We had breakfast and dinner every day and the food was all really delicious.
The family were all really helpful and arranged trips and transfers for us too at very reasonable prices. Dudley and his family were so great, so kind and giving. He helped us with every single detail of our visit in Habarana.
The guest house has a beautiful garden. The dinner was just perfect and very delicious with 16 different Sri Lankan curries and rice. Wonderful hotel! Everybody loved the beautiful swimming pool and the various breakfast and dinner buffets. Quiet place with nice garden. Staff is friendly. For sure I will comme back in same place if I come back in SriLanka. Great location and room was quiet with great food.
Very large room with AC and 2 big beds. Good bathroom. Terrace with seating area. Location is a 10 minute walk to Habarana Town. Pleasant place overall. Wonderful hosts. The food is amazing, best we had so far in Sri Lanka. Staff was excellent. Food was excellent. The place got out attraction from the beginning.. List your property.
